Do you think Leslie should donate a portion of
her compensation back to the hospital to help clean it up and save future exorbitant payouts?

I think she should buy a plane ticket and s.od off ,

A lot of the 5 million damages were for potential loss of earnings but as her career was on decline after her trout pout lips operation she didn't have a career anyway except as an extra in a Billy smarts freak show....
No, although I no longer like the woman, I think she should keep her 5 million.

We pay enough taxes and NI contributions to secure a clean and bug free hospital.

It is like saying if I "won" 5 million in a road crash case should I donate money to the Highways for more cameras etc? I think not!!
like what Bewlay Bros said, the NHS is the Governments responsibility, i dont see why she should donate any of it
Are the parents of the babies that have died with MRSA going to be compensated for the loss of their future grandchildren, or are all the other victims families getting a few million for the loss of wages and/or pension money that would have come into their household for perhaps many more years to come. I am not saying that she should not have got something but I think that 5 million is too much.
I cannot believe the amount of money involved it is staggering, no way would she have ever earnt that amount of money because only a fraction of it will be for what happened, yet my son had a really bad accident at work 5 years ago now, broken back in 3 places, smashed his hip bone off, had to spend ages in hospital, have steel plates inserted in his back and has just had to have hip replacement, at the age of 29, he has been off work ever since and has just started retraining, he will awarded a pittance, this case wont open the floodgates though because not many people can afford to take on the big boys,
