Does anyone know if wearing nail polish the whole time is really bad for your nails? Should you take a break from it every so often? And finally, are there any products, maybe moisturisers or something, which would be good for softening your toe nails?!!! Thanks a mill!!!

Dunno if it demages them so much, but I do know that your nails go all horribly yellow if they are permanently coloured.
Well some might say that polish protects your nails & it's the remover that does the damage but I think it's better to have a break & a good moisturising routine. ...as for softening the toe nails, not much you can do apart from using a foot soak before you cut them...that's assuming you can reach them! I'm sure mine are moving further away! :o) Neutrogena used to do a great foot cream but I haven't seen it for ages.
