Why arnt there any presenters on citv any more and why is it not on itv 1 in the afternoons?

ITV1 has moved its children's programmes to the CITV channel, I think they only do weekend children's programmes on ITV1 now.
This has been on the cards for some time, not helped by the ban on advertising junk food during children's programmes which was its main source of income.
I think the BBC will move its children's programmes to BBC2 soon.
