Public Transport in Malaysia

Can anyone confirm please if there is a good network of public transport linking Seremban - Port Dickson - Malacca and Kuala Lumpur

KL and Seremban are linked by the KTM Komuter network http://www.ktmb.com.my/images/default/2006/ren tas/041506rwgsbn.pdf
Port Dickson is about 1 hour from Seremban by bus, said to be every 30mn.
Malacca is about 3hr from KL by bus, said to be every hour.
