From what I've seen, it only appears in the cinema - it sounds salsa-ish / latino-ish / mambo-ish / jazzy etc.

I think its a double bass descending, and people laughing in the background, while a man sings...

Does anyone know this song?

I think the song is by the black out allstars, and it's called 'I like it like that'
