For the South it's great back there, the way it goes down(4)...S?G?.....could be SAGS,SAGA or SAGE - which is more appropriate & why?

A friend gets back after one circuit(3)...?A?...would this be PAL or LAP?

SAGS (goes down) = S (south) + GAS (great) backwards

I would go with LAP (PAL reversed)
