Apprently the word for this is "Wiccaphobia". http://www.phobia-fear-release.com/phobia-dictionary.html
'Magissaphobia' is another possibility. Most phobias are based on the Greek word for the fear-subject plus the Greek word 'phobia' itself. 'Wicca' is the Old English word for 'witch', whereas 'magissa' is the Greek one.
