A rom? As in SNES roms, etc.?

You can try the OS X x86 system to run Mac OS X on a Windows machine on another partition, but it's illegal software and doesn't give you the proper Mac experience anyway.

I understand what you mean by rom.

You mean OSX x86, to run the Mac OS? Google "OSX x86".

It is crazy to even try, and the result will be poor.

Look out for an Intel mac which can run both OS X and XP.
