My dads wife left him for someone else 7 years ago. At that time he still had a mortgage and was about 50k in debt and about to lose the lot. After a long struggle he has finally got sorted and his mortgage is paid off. He has three propertys. One his mum lives in, the other his daughter lives in and the remaining him and his son live in. She is now trying to force the sale of all three to claim "her half". Can this be the case after such a long time ???? Any advice welcome. (they were together 23 years, had 3 children and she did not work)

Are they divorced?

dont think so rev.
Is her name on the title deeds? If so, she definetly is entitled to a share of all three properties.

If not, she may still be entitled as part of the divorce settlement.
