Hello john sweets , just got back on as I noticed when it went off and , good timing , I made dinner to while away the hour. :-) xxx
Hello 4GS and Mamma!
Evening society :-D xx
Couldn't find a life - so I'm still here :o)
How are you Mamma? It's so quiet on here, where did everyone go? It's always good to see you around, Mamma. xx
hello all. had a few weeks of difficult and non-postings but i seem to be back at the moment
Just logged on for first time since this morning...what happened? Did AB go tits up or something? Almost home time. Yippeee!
I am well thankyou society , apart from tired. I think abers are having their dinner and seeing to their children maybe so I expect it will get busier later :-) xxx
Hi all :-) xx
Im on but its only for a short while, I will be back later on, I have been helping my daughter learn her lines for the xmas play, she also has to do 2 solo songs as well!

Cazzz, I can only imagine your daughters' excitement. Hope she is a star in the play. Good luck to her. x
Oh cazzz , how sweet , your daughter will make you proud I'm sure . I used to love the school plays and concerts though I used to always manage to blubber stupidly at the little ones , and at the carol singers !xxx
Im worried that she will see me looking worried and burst into tears!, she is playing "mom" which is quite a big role, and she has to sing with a microphone!! this is heavy stuff!!, her lines are more like a book!

I will do my best to look positive and cheerful for her (I end up looking worried because I can see how anxious she is), the last time she was in a play was when she was 6 and she saw me and burst into tears!

she is quite cheerful and positive this time! so I am looking forward to it!
Hi John, just popped in inbetween the adverts. Hope you & everyone else are well.

Ah, cazz, our little granddaughters are doing the same at the moment. I always blub when watching their school plays & concerts, 'specially at Christmas time. ;o}
Hello smudge , glad I'm not the only one then
..lol..:-) xxx
Evening everyone.

They broke it! The site has been running smoothly for me today and since its been back its been so slow I have found it impossible to browse threads let alone post!

I just wanted to add my bit about kiddies and their plays. My daughter is and angel this year but doesnt want to be! How many have had kids crying because they wanted to be angels but ended up being a sheep or cow instead? Been there with my daughter and now she is an angel, she doesnt want to be because she thinks she will look stupid! Kids eh?

Now Im off to make christmas cards and wait for this silly site to feed and water the hamsters to get things back up to speed!

Enjoy your evenings :)
'evening, all!! I'm here, but I agree that the site's been really slow tonight as well. My Lotus Notes is taking an age as well - I thought it was this computer, but maybe not. How are you all? Christmas Nativity Plays coming up (sweet!!) - I hope all of you who have little ones performing (even if they are sheep and not the Virgin Mary!!) enjoy and savour the moment. Ah, the memories - K Jnr was a shepherd (a bit better than a sheep!) and he had one of my old scarves for his head-dress (not a tea towel!).
Bigmamma, are you OK? Did you see cruella's post last night?
Love and (early) Season's Greetings to all of you. K xx
