We have recently emmigrated to Oz. All of our furniture etc. had to through quarantine, we had an E-mail from our removal company saying it had gone through all was fine. I received a phone call today saying that quarantine need to re-inspect carton no.36 as it couldn't be found at at our removal companies warehouse when firat asked for by quarantine. There is a reinspection fee and redelivery fee to pay, although we did not looses this carton the removal company have they accept us to pay these fee's. I dont think this is acceptable does any-one know where we stand on this legally? also at no point did the removal company even tell us that they had lost one of our cartons!!
