Going on a long haul flight in three weeks and really want clear skin so I dont have to wear makeup. At the moment I have a number of old spot scars around my chin and jaw area, with one fresh spot just coming.

Anyone recommend any supplements, herbal remedies, or pills that I can take to stop spots from appearing.

I dont have acne but would love clear skin.

Bio Oil (8.95 from Boots) will shift your old spot scars. It's also brilliant at sorting out an uneven skin tone.
The bio stick was on This Morning prog yesterday. I know it says for cold sores but it also works on individual spots.

The light aids fast healing.

Bit of sunshine should do it.

Should be OK on the way back then!
Sudocrem. I couldn't live without it. I use it on every start and very end (red mark) of a spot. A large blob at night before bed (and again during the night, if you wake) and a slight dab, rubbed in, under your make up during the day. I promise you it will help. :o)
sudocrem is the best for every kind of flaw in the skin...if you don't fancy that the boots 17 range is good but quite expensive. :)
I stopped getting spots when i stopped using foundation. I just use a bit of powder instead. Its hard at first because you have to show the spots but its worth it when they go!
I also think its good to use an oil free moisturiser, body shop is good.
I've heard semen is good for your skin, I can send you some if you like?
