please could you tell me your symptoms and whether you take anything to sort the problem.

I was told I had these a few years ago as my periods were irregular. Now I am bleeding every 14 days for 7 days+, i have no sex drive and some days when I am bleeding it is so heavy I cant go out. What can I do or take to regulate myself and is it actually a period everytime with this condition?????

All answers much appreciate.xx

forgot to mention that my sex drive since this has got worse is non existant and I feel physically sick at the thought. The last few times me and husband made love, on orgasm I had pains. Is this all connected???
I think every women experiance's things slightly diferently but i would speak to your doctor. im 25 now and found out i had PO when i was about 18. I only went to the doctor after i had not had a period for a year. Signs are acne and being a bit more hairy than what is considered "normal" i also had high testerone levels. My doctor surgested I start taking a comination pill which made my periods regular and not so heavy or painfull. This worked for me up untill 2 years ago when i had to change to a different pill due to mood swings.
I never really had much of a sex drive at that age but i think thats more because of confidence but may be a small factor
