problems with Scenic automatic gearbox.

Many thanks for your reply. We have had automatic cars in the past and never had any problem like this before. It is worrying as the car is just out of warranty, especially as Renault say there is nothing wrong with the gearbox. How they can say that I don't know, as the mechanics in the garage said they've never encountered anything like it before, so how can Renault say theres nothing wrong If they've never had the problem before.
