We have an Ikea Aneboda wardrobe and the plug-in plastic brackets that the clothes rail sits in are broken. I can get no joy from Ikea themselves or the website. Does anyone know if they do replacements for such little parts? If so, how do I get hold of them?(Going to the store is tricky as we have no car). Many thanks.

Try having a look in B&Q, you might see something similar there that might work
I used to work in IKEA. You can order parts over the phone, or via a form inside the wardrobe. you can also visit the store and request the parts from customer services.

Alternatively, do what most other people do, if the item is a self-serve item, go in and open a box. That is what customer service tend to do if they have no spares out back. This is why alot of their stuff is opened and goes to waste.....the things that happen in IKEA....i know alot!
