How long is the stopping time on a single yellow line for a comercial vehicle (Taxi)?

I have been issued with a parking fine. The alleged contravention was observed by a camera.

Same as any other, none if the signs say so.
On a single yellow line any vehicle can stop to drop off, pick up, load or unload - but the loading / unloading must be continuous and there must be no waiting for passengers.

Yellow lines mean 'No Waiting' , not 'No Loading' unless there are accompanying yellow kerb markings - blips, as shown here:

In terms of taxis, it would be lawful for the taxi to stop on a single yellow line to allow the passenger to get in or out, but not wait for the passenger who was not there.
I would contest the fine, unless you know you were waiting.

According to the Highway code you can even stop on a double yellow to pick up or drop off.
