Part Time Holiday

only work 10 hours a week. My employer says I'm not entitled to any holiday pay. Is this true? I've been with the company for over a year and I do get paid bank holidays. Thanks in advance. Dave.

I'm 99% sure you do, as a fraction of the holidays a full-timer gets:

Thanks for the info. I did look at the other questions on the topic and checked out the business link holiday calculator. It all points to me recieving holiday. Even after taking into consideration all the bank and public holidays I should still have a couple of weeks.
