is there a way to measure the amount of monthly usage i am using so that i dont go over the limit? we have 3 computers we use over the internet, 1 is wired and 2 are wireless. Can anyone sugest a way of measuring the monthly usage. for example is there a free program that could measue this.

There is a freeware application called netmeter which can give you a rough idea of the amount of data transfered through your connection.
