my version of explorer appears to have kept a website for some diskfix software in its temp files. I have done disk cleanup and cleared the history and deleted the cookies and tep internet files but it still autofills when I type a 'D' on the browser. Have I got a virus or is it stuck in the registery somewhere? I don't think it does any great harm as my machine doesn't slow down. It just annoys me that I can't get rid of it.

You could try downloading ccleaner from here:

http://www.ccleaner.com/

It clears all internet history etc.

Make sure the auto complete history box is checked when you use it.

Hope this helps?
When you say type a D on the browser do you mean in the address bar or in the search box?
