Did'nt know where to pose this one as there isn't an obvious category....
Thinking of booking an escorted tour to West Coast of US with Archers. Never used them before, has anyone experience, good or bad, with this outfit ??

My parents have used them 3/4 times and they have no complaints they have done a few different tours around America and are looking to book with them again, my only advice is not to take their insurance as the policy is not good if you have to cancel and get a better policy.
