Has anyone succesfully cancelled a travel policy from Moneysupermarket.com?
I purchased one from them last week which I want to cancel now (there is a 14 day cooling off period) but when I ring them up I cant get through to a human, instead a recorded message says that for policy amendments or cancellations one should email them at [email protected] and that they reply within 2 working days.
This I did last wednesday but still I have NOT heard from them at all, so I have emailed them today again. These things need to be done quickly so wondering how I can get through to them before the policy kicks in!

I did and they told me that moneysupermarket deals with the claim and transferred me to them.
Send them a registered letter to cover you. Then they can't say they never received any cancellation notice and you'll have the evidence that someone signed for it within the time frame allowed.
