I've just listened to a sample of the song on the Tesco downloads site and it sounds nothing like the song on Corrie. Was it the middle of the song we heard ?

just a guess, but it sounds like take that? one of the tracks from their recent new album?

You and Me by the Wannadies was NOT at the start of the episode, it was playing as he drove the car into the water though

the slow first song was take that from new album but dont know title - you and me song by wannadies was when he drove car into the river later on in the programme
