Hi, all!

I was wondering if anyone could help me and tell me if this is at all possible, please? I need to upload a photo to a website, but it's asking that the photo be in .gif .jiff .ipg .jpeg or .jpg format. At the moment it's .bmp. Is there any way of changing it?

Thanks in advance, ws :o)

MIcrosoft paint will do that. Just load up your .bmp file and choose "save as" and pick .jpg

Thanks, squarebear! I don't have Microsoft Paint on this PC, though :o(
Do you have any art package? Most PCs come with a free one.

Try start - programs - accessories - paint
Paint has been included for "free" in every version of Windows since the year dot (assuming you are runing Windows).

If you are running Windows then IrfanView will do what you want. Get it (free) from here:

I can be so blonde at times, squarebear! Aah, my work PC has 'Paint', but now I'm just wondering how I get the photo on there. It's already saved in 'My Pictures'. (Thanks again for your help!) x
You need to do file and open within paint and choose "my documents" then underneath that should be "my pictures". Your photo should appear there.
