Gums!

my gums are really itchy! Why?! I feel like i wanna scratch the roots of my teeth or just rip them all out!

use some mouth wash and make appointment for the dentist have never heard of itchy gums.... sore yes but not itchy. if you have gum disease then the quicker they treat it the better, or you might end up with loose teeth without ripping them out.

Have they snuck a whitening ingredient ito your normal toothpaste. Salt wash, if you dont have mouthwash. two teaspoons salt stirred into warm water in a normal wee mug is about right.

Hi guys

Sorry I disappeared for the weekend! They are'nt as bad now..and yes they are my own gums haha! I had a good old fossing session over the weekend used some sensodyne toothpaste and so far so good
