I've finished too - although, as usual, I have my reservations about one or two answers, and may well end up half a point (or if things are really bad - even more) down. We shall see.

Only 53, which, I agree is fluffy. But I consulted two friends who had also finished and they had the same answer. And I can't think of anything else.
I've no probelms with 64. The answer I have means to cut out and is also defined in Chambers as "a tax on certain home commodities".
Yes, it seems we are in agreement on 64, but I'll continue to ponder 53 until the end of November. You never know - inspiration may strike - I'll let you know if it does.
