I have just bought the above and actually managed to get it wired up correctly. My problem is when the list of programmes comes up ITV 1 & 2 are missing. How do I get them to come up? Any help much appreciated.

The ITV channels tend to be the first to disappear when the signal strength is insufficient. (The tuners in some devices have a lower 'sensitivity' than others. Even though you might have already found that you've got a strong enough signal for a Freeview box, it's no guarantee that it's good enough for your DTVR).

You might need to upgrade your aerial system. However, it's worth trying a cheap signal amplifier first, to see if it will do the job. (The fact that you've got all of the other channels suggests that the signal is 'borderline', rather than well below the required level). Try Tesco or Asda for a cheap amplifier.

Once you've improved the signal quality, a simple rescan with your DTVR should be all that is required.
