real gerkins

where in th u.k can i get old fashion gerkins in strong malt vinegar ?? Haywards used to do them up until about 6 years ago, (called "Traditonal")but even they have gone the continental way. I don`t mean those little, over-priced Cocktails ones... I want real old fashioned ones ...

lidl do them , a HUGE jar for only 99p ,they are really large ones ,like they have in chip shops

Aldi do them too.

If you have any polish delicatessens in your area, try them they are usually very good and cheap.
Or aldi and lidl as above, this year I've grown my own and Im still pickling..
