Why is that thread about smacking STILL on the Parenting section???? PLEASE remove it, it is disgraceful!

The question seems reasonable. But some of the answers seem somewhat irresponsible.

I think that sort of apparently reasonable question is designed to attract answers containing sexual innuendos and the like.

Yes, the question seems to have been posted to elicit naughty answers, but now there's actually a fairly interesting and reasonable discussion on it about whether to ever discipline by smacking or not.
