i got charged with harrasment, and its my firsy ever offence...what kind of sentence should i expect to receive??

its a ******* joke im innocent i even work as a probation officer myself what a disgrace **** english law...

I know someone who is a probation officer he was cautioned under the 1986 harrassment act i take it this isnt as serious as being charged. I dont think he told his employers though.

If the crime is harressament and the probation officer is already in employment then there is no need to say any thing to employer unless your locked up!! domestic issues are of no big deal to any one ecept the person who is going through it.
