I've got in a mess with a spelling.
14 across, clue: Was a baby-sitter exposed first without prejudice? (4-6), I have "open-minded" BUT,
4 down, clue: Similar house for short time has record with lousy centre (10) , I have "homogonised" as the sixth letter "o" is the first "o" in "open from 14 ac.
I can't find this spelling of "homogonised" only "homogenised" which could make 14 ac, "even- minded" but this doesn't seem to fit the clue as well. Can anyone help please?

it is homologised - HO = house, MO = short time, LOG = record OUS = centre of Lousy

Of course I meant "homogenous" and "homogonous", Chambers gives "homogeneous"
Sorry, should have read Homologous

Thanks Polly, yes I'm sure you are right, thanks. You fell into the same trap as me for a minute n'est-ce-pas?
I have 20 across broadsheet, which would turn 4 down into homologous, or am I wrong again?
