AB problems?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with AB auto-refreshing the thread whilst you are reading/typing on here this afternoon? Im having to type this in Word, then paste it in cos it doesn't give me enough time to type before it auto-refreshes and cancels it out.

its sooooooooooo slooooow, cant stand it Im leaving for a while lol (prob only a min or two lol)
