I think that people should give cliues / hints when the questioner aks for clues / hints .... why give answers?

Q89) the answer has been given .... but the no explanation of 'Neville'?

.... seemingly hal-baked in the 'rush' felt by 'rushing' out the answer .....

{Neville is a reference to Neville Mizzen, the Treasurer for this quiz .....}

Thank you everyone. I have the answer to 84, but can anyone explain the second half of the clue to me? I like to try and understand how all the clues work as I am still getting to grips with this quiz!
