Anybody know what else could be causing pages to not load if it's not the java or security settings? It's wireless Vista, and an online bingo site that isn't loading. All tht comes up is a white screen instead of game rooms.

Does it need a flash plug in? Have you tried opening it in an alternative browser such as Opera or Firefox?

It's my friend who is having the problems so I will pass on you information to see if that helps. Thanks for the quick reply.

Have just been told that she has indeed got a flash plug in lol.
The fact that your friend has got Flash doesn't necessarily mean that it's working. Flash has a nasty habit of 'disappearing' from PCs.

Ask your friend to try viewing a video on Youtube. If she can see the picture,Flash is probably OK. If not, she needs to uninstall 'Adobe Flash Plug-In' from Add/Remove programs and then download it again, from here:

Thanks for the reply. She has installed Firefox now and it's working fine so she's happy :)
