The slowest `duck` in cricket history was 101 minutes at the crease 1st Test Match New Zealand v South Africa at Eden Park Auckland 2nd March 1999 and the player was Geoff Allott. He faced 77 deliveries. Source  Fotheringham`s Sporting Trivia (2003). This does not match your question - but appears to be the answer.
could it be a match badly affected by rain?
You did not say this was a GBQ question
This game was rain affected but the only player, on either side, to score a duck was Geoff Allott. He didn't get to bat in New Zealand's second innings.
