Most of these dogs bite because they are encouraged to do so. They are taught to fight.
It is a sad state of affairs that our so called animal loving, civilised society still has not made any effort to stop this sort of horrid thing from happeneing.
Its tha same with children. There is nothing in this country to stop people from having kids and treating them like rubbish. Life means absolutly nothing to these people. That poor dog must have suffered. And as for the comments about doing the same thing if a dog bit their kid well your going for the wrong one. go for the owner its usually down to them.
Just read the other report. I hope the sad, scraggy little bag who got nipped has something horrible happen to her along with the evil a**e that did it. I hope they get bricks through their windows and a gang of people corner both of them in a dark ally and vent the same nasty end on them as they did the dog. I hate scum like this.
