I think it is called "I wish I knew how it feels to be free". It is a jazzier instrumental of the tune the Lighthouse Family had a hit with and the song in the coke advert. I was trying to find the cd of BBC theme tunes I have which it is on to give you more details, but I cant find it at the moment.
