I have just moved to London from California. In California we have a number of stores where you can go and paint your own pottery, is there anything similar over here?

Hello, I have seen just such a place - I don't know its name but it is down a side street near the railway station in Brighton. I don't know if this is of any help to you but at least these shops do exist.

There is a place near Kew Bridge (south west London) called the Pottery Cafe, where you can do pottery painting - I've just received the finished article back (a jug with a sort of mosaic pattern) and it looks great !
