Is it true that you cannot draw a two dimensional figure on paper

Unless this is a trick question, anything drawn with hight and width is 2-dimensional. You can also draw 3 and even 4 dimensional objects but that is a matter of perspective..
I suppose the thickness of the pencil lead or ink (however miniscule) would add the extra third dimension.

But you could then also say that everything you draw is 4-dimensional as it appears at a certain moment in time.
If you draw a flat sqaure, triangle or circle on a piece of paper, it will be a 2-dimnsional picture.

if you add depth, it becomes 3-dimensional...see here
