Hi All,

I have a had a few "accidents" in my company car this last year....

I am going to give my company car back at the end of this week...But what i wanna know is....

Do i have to declare these three accidents for my personal insurance?

Im not being funny but i havent claimed for these accidents....my company has?

The hag in accounts has said that she will be checking if i have declared this on my policy when i get my car (and i do have to show her my docs)

Grrrr.....help?

Yes you do - you had the accidents, not the company
the hag will only see your policy, not your application form. but as gouldc says you do have to declare them. if you don't and get found out in the proccess of a claim the wrigglers will wriggle out of it. don't forget they have computers and can check.
