could any one tell about apdroxy i know its to do with adobi ,you see every time i start my pc it seems to run at 100% for 20 min ,the only way i can stop this is to end the process in task ,but the warnings of undesired results to the prog is abit scary ,although i havent noticed anything wrong with my adobi prog so far

Simply disable the program from your Startup list:

Go to Start > Run.
Type 'msconfig' (without the quote marks). Hit 'Return'.
Click the Startup tab.
Remove the tick from alongside the program.
Click 'Apply', then OK.

Restart your PC. When you get a message telling you that you're using selective startup, place a tick alongside 'Do not show this message . . .'. Click 'OK'.
