Getting silver polish off hands

I was using some silver polish last night, and although I washed my hands after, I woke up today with parts of my fingers stained a fetching browny/grey colour - as you can imagine, this is not a good look. Anyone have any ideas what I can use to get rid of the stain?

Thanks for the suggestion 4get - didn't really shift it, so may have to live with the stain until it wears off..
