Chompu its not the transferring of the body that I see the issue with as such, its the where the hell do you put it. I thought it was 25 days after maddies disappearance they first hired. Where do you put it that isn't going to be searched?

I thought this so called dna wasn't necessarily blood and could have been a hair or something. Also why is secondary transfer so impossible and yes if they thought it was a good piece of evidence they wouldt have given them back the car to use for another month destroying more and mre of this supposed crime scene.
I have read all the Daily Mail links you post john and they are full of 'new' information that I can't find on other news sources. How's that happen?
LoftyLottie
It's on the DM website, they constantly update it as it happens
Yes, I underestand that but so do the other news sources., (especially Sky). It's just that a lot of the things I read on the Mail's site are never do come to anything and are never mentioned on any other sites or papers.

So now I doubt everything I see that the Mail produces!!
All information about this case has been a police secret from the begining. We have been told that is the way the police in Portugal work.
They are not allowed say anything about their enquiries or any ongoing invenstigations.
So who is now releasing these unproven details about hire cars,DNA, etc ??????
It can only be the police themselves.. WHY ?
It doesnt add up. How can they have possibly hidden her body for so long and then disposed of her in view of the worlds press.
They are being framed.
I believe they are innocent.

The parents had plenty of time to hide Madeline's body. Who knows if she was actually in the apartment all evening? Has there really been any evidence that she was actually abducted?

I agree with Hockenc - although I hope my suspicions are proved wrong. The hire car was used well after Maddie disappeared, so the DNA could be from one of the twins - but to my mind, the most damning "evidence" is in the supposedly-tapped phone conversations between the McCanns and their friends. The Portuguese police, seem very interested in these. British newspapers've been quick to scoff at them, and maybe mistakes've been made, but I don't think they're morons. Until we hear differently, I think they know more than they're letting on.
The McCans couldn't have hid a body for all that time, and why move it anyway, too much hastle if it was in a good enough hiding place anyway!

I also don't believe the police are framing them, if they are where is the evidence they are planting coming from? They would have to have found the body!

The police said they can't release information by law, so all we hear in the media is a load of speculation!
