I had a one hour consult with a top top doctor (who is working for a medical supply firm) regarding my condition and possible avenues open to me in the future.... He answered all my questions ....meeting was arranged by the clinic I am attending....want to send him a thank u note for his time and insights....should it be hand written? He gave me his card and home number and encouraged me to call anytime....should it be a short note on blank paper or a plain thank you card ....is hand written prefferable? thanks

Handwritten is always nicer as it shows sentiment and genuine sincerity.
