First of all - congratulations!
How many weeks pregnant are you?
I was known to cry in pregnancy. Sometimes the silliest thing would set me off such as a casual remark or watching a not particularly sad film. Sometimes I would cry with happiness, sometimes with worry about what lay ahead. It's fairly normal & nothing to worry about!
Bleddy hormones!
yes lol, it gets to us all when pregnant, it's a perk (?) of the job!

I distinctly remember that when I was about 6months gone, The Boo family and friends of ours with kids galore had a day out to a theme park. Being pregnant, I was unable to go on any of the rides and I was reduced to standing around, loaded with handbags, picnic paraphernalia, cameras and any kids that didn't want to go on the ride. The day was scorching, my back was breaking and my feet were swelling like balloons and I could feel my anger rising each time they trotted off on a ride.

This came to a head spectacularly, when I exploded with rage, screamed abuse at them all, then promptly, to my shame, burst into noisy gulping tears.

Looking back it was highly embarrassing- not only were everyone I was with looking at me with their gobs open, but so was everyone else within a mile radius.

Oh you want another?

I was 9 days overdue and decided to waddle up to the shops, I was feeling quite chipper and really pleased with myself that I'd accomplished shopping (the small things in life please me) and I'd waddled half way home again when two bratty kids about 10 year old passed me sniggering and one said...."corrrr, you look like you're gonna pop"......again to my shame I burst into tears and cried the rest of the way home.

You just made me spit strawberry milkshake out!!!!! The people in my office must think I have gone mad, I spent most of my day on the verge of tears if not crying and now I'm laughing hysterically!!!!!

XXXX
well i'm glad my misery has cheered you up, rofl ;-)

Hang in there anyway, I'd like to tell you the crying phase gets easier- but i'd be lieing, heh! Just keep telling yourself the end product is worth it, however I'm doubting that bit as well as Mini Boo is a bloody horror now at 2 and half, whatever is said/asked/ told to her is met with a finger pointed at you and a bellowed "no"......ahh happy days!
I used to watch the birth stories on telly when I was at home waiting to pop, and the amount of crying I went through!

It is odd how emotional you get, I felt that everyone and everything was out to make me upset i.e. the woman in greggs not serving me quick enough so I could eat a jam donut! Got shaky with emotion! - though she was doing it on purpous"

It's your time to be Psycho without having to excuse yourelf!

wuss :)

only kidding, I remember that from last time but so far Ive not burst into tears for no reason but i do have to be careful what i watch on TV lol
one word girly...................HORMONES. take care.
I think that pregnant women are funny. when I was pregnant I could pretty much get away with my behaviour! Evil, emotional, greedy etc... make the most of it!
Hi Girlygirl,
get used to the crying thing - being a tough old bat I never used to cry or not until I got my first "tummy lump" anyway. I cry for all sorts of peculiar things now - and it has been 17 years! (the annual christmas concerts are so embarrassing)
i too suffer from being an emotional retard!!! I never usually cry either....

Sadly, its got worse throughout, and now im 30 weeks and 3 days and feel like im becoming a big wuss!

hopefully i will recover in due cause!
I had what can only be described as a crying tantrum when my husband forgot to get my Subway sandwich toasted!
