Please help. Why is it when i get an ansa for something i cannot access the ansa, does that make sense! I get an e.mail, search the url, then it comes up something like, you will find the ansa click here, but nothing happens, is it my pc or am i doing something wrong? thanks

One possible reason is that you may have a Popup stopper installed. Try holding down the CTRL key as you click on the link. If that doesn't work, if you hold down SHIFT when clicking, it opens the link in another window.
