I am considering buying a psp but am in two minds. Are they worth the money?

They are worth the money matey. BUT, i would consider getting a PS3 or an Xbox 360, due to the fact that they are more fun, more popular and the PSP dosent have half as much quality as the two consoles.

if i was you i would consider buying one but i dont think there is enough games for the console

They are very good but wait a couple of months a new slim version at the same price is coming out. It will be able to to extra things the old one cannnot.

Depends what you want it for, my opinon is that while it is called the Playstation Portable, it isn't very portable.

It's OK for Holidays etc but too bulky to carry in a pocket.

It Depends on how often you will play the console,
Because i bought a Xbox 360 and i just dont play it that often. If you play more frequently on the Consoles, mabey a Xbox 360, PS3 or a nintendo Wii, would suit you better. But for on the go and now and then plays a PSP is a great choice

yeah just wait for the new psp to come out so that the old "fashion psp" would drop in price. and Yes it is worth buying a psp. its like haveing a mini-computer. you sould hack into it and customize a whole bunch of things. so yeah dude buy the psp its worth it
