I,ve got a new pc which of course has Vista on it. I have also bought and loaded Microsoft Office Home and Student edition. However, I can't find a database anywhere on these two like I had on xp. I used to keep my address book on it to create labels for Christmas and birthday cards etc. Am I missing something or what??

I think you mean MS Access, this is the database component.

Microsoft do all sorts of different version of Office 2007 and each contains different products.

Yours only has Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneNote.

Here is a layout of what products come in each package, for too complex if you ask me.

Thank you, that has saved me a lot of time.
Try downloading Open Office and use its database. The package is free and is Microsoft compatible.
