Not as great as I'd hoped, but I'm pretty proud. Since I've been through a lot this year.
Thanks for all your support through the years and for all the good luck wishes.
And gutted if I'm Doc Spock, because I think he was a bit wrong about me.

Well done Silversky. Ignore Doc, you have achieved a huge success in subjects which are notoriously hard to impress in due to their subjective nature.
Doc S you miserable git.
Just telling it like it is cherries. Not enough ac mic subjects being taken.

No wonder we import labour.
I think "huge success" is a bit OTT.
The kid's just enjoying some well-earned acclaim for working hard, Doc. Heaven knows when I got my results I shouted them from the rooftops!!! I think we can all appreciate that there are many grades of success to be achieved academically but personal success is exactly that; personal.
Don't be a meanie. It isn't attractive :o)
And for the record, I bereted Silversky about her (?) use of grammar on an earlier thread. I am delighted to have been proven wrong by this news of GCSE success.
Hey silversky; I havent read any of your previous threads, but Id just like to say well done!!! You should be so proud of yourself! And just to say that things will get so much better, Ive had great highs and really bad lows in my life, more so over the past year or two. But now everything seems to be going right, Ive got a great new carer that I love, Ive just started seeing some really special and Im seeing more of my old friends that I isolated myself from. And I promise you that everything will turn out well for you sound so lovely and I know that you have a fantastic life in front of you. And remember to smile, as you never know whos falling in love with it.
And DOC SPARK, why do you have to be so rude and bitter? I think you should start enjoying yourself more and stop living your life though your daughter.
Well done silversky, whats next have you decided?
