Im living in Norway and this is a big change from the sunny banks of Australia. Cooking can be quite a challenge trying to find ingredients in norwegian like obscure herbs seemingly unherd of in Norway like Marjoram (if anyone knows the norge for that). Anyway, looking for an easy sugarless jam recipe for cold weather fruit and veg
