My bones click all the time (like my hips, knees, toes, and shoulders), it doesn't really hurt but I can feel it. Just wondering if there was anything I should do, like take supplements or something-someone has suggested Glucosamine?

My knees have clicked from a very young age.

I've been taking Omega 3 Fish Oil & Glucosamine for years, but they still click. So like me, I don't think anything you take will prevent this from happening.

Good luck.

P.S. My clicking knees have never caused any pain - just a loud crack each time I crouch down!

I find swimming & yoga keeps me supple though.

Hope that helps.
Glucosamine is the best thing you can take for this.
Try taking at least 1000mg at least a day.
